Artists Exhibit Guidelines
Important information for artists interested in participating in the Artists Exhibit for the Dia de Portugal Festival 2008.

Application Deadline: April 20, 2008
Eligibility
Any artist (painter, scupltor, photographer) is eligible to display/sell their art for the Dia de Portugal Festival 2008.
Participation Fee
Artists who wish to sell their art must pay a fee of 10% of any profits above $200.
Artists who will have their work on display only will not be required to pay a fee.
Set-Up and Take Down
Each artist will be given a pop up tent space of approximately 10' x 10. Set-up time for the tent will be from 7am - 9:30am. Placement in the tent will be assigned by the Dia de Portugal Committee. Everything must be ready to go by Festival start time which is 10am.
Cancellation
If you suspect that you will not be able to participate, please let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! There will be no penalty for cancelling, but it just makes things more difficult logistically and we appreciate your consideration.
